OneKey Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access OneKey websites, apps, hardware wallet information, support services, downloads and related product resources.

Effective date: 2026-06-25 Applies to: website, apps, hardware wallet resources and support services Topics: service rules, user responsibilities, disclaimers

1. Overview

These Terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you visit OneKey websites, download or use OneKey App, purchase or use OneKey hardware wallets, browse the Help Center, submit support requests or use other OneKey-related services.

By accessing or continuing to use the relevant services, you generally indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the relevant services.

Reading note

If you care most about wallet responsibility, review the sections on user responsibilities, digital asset notices and disclaimers. If you care about service boundaries, review the sections on services, scope and third-party services.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You should ensure that you are eligible to use the relevant services under applicable law and that you can understand the responsibilities associated with digital assets, hardware wallets, on-chain transactions, backup recovery and third-party protocols.

  • You should have full legal capacity, or use the relevant services with the knowledge and permission of a guardian where required.
  • You should ensure that the laws and rules in your region do not prohibit your use of the relevant products or services.
  • You should access and use OneKey tools, pages, downloads and service interfaces only for lawful purposes.

3. Services and scope

OneKey may provide website information, app downloads, hardware wallet information, Help Center documentation, ticket support, firmware update entry points, developer resources and functions related to digital asset management. Different modules may vary in scope, maturity, supported networks and third-party dependencies.

3.1 Pages and content services

These include product descriptions, download entries, learning content, help documents, policy pages, announcements and activity information. Content may change based on version, region, language or business updates.

3.2 App and device services

These include OneKey App, browser extensions, hardware wallet connection, firmware updates, account viewing, transaction confirmation and other tools related to digital asset management.

3.3 Support and after-sales services

These include the Help Center, self-service documents, ticket systems, FAQs, compatibility information, firmware support and troubleshooting assistance. Support services do not mean that OneKey guarantees on-chain outcomes, external platforms or third-party protocols.

4. User responsibilities

Digital asset tools require a high degree of self-management. You are responsible for recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, device control, download source checks, on-chain transaction confirmation and network environment review. OneKey cannot perform these core responsibilities for you.

  • Keep recovery phrases offline and avoid screenshots, cloud storage or chat transmission.
  • Review the address, amount, network and fee settings before confirming a transaction.
  • Use trusted OneKey entry points for apps, firmware and related resources.
  • Keep your device under your control and prevent unauthorized access, modification or replacement.
  • Update systems, apps and firmware in a timely manner to reduce compatibility and operational risks.
Important note

Anyone who obtains your recovery phrase or equivalent restore information may be able to control the related assets. Risks caused by social engineering, unsafe links, mistaken sharing or improper local storage are generally the user's responsibility.

5. Digital asset notices

Digital assets may be volatile. On-chain actions can be irreversible, and third-party protocols may involve technical, market, liquidity and compliance uncertainty. Hardware wallets, signing devices and apps cannot remove all risks.

5.1 Market risk

Digital asset prices may fluctuate significantly. Users should decide for themselves whether to buy, hold, transfer, stake, swap or perform other on-chain actions.

5.2 Technical risk

Technical risks may include blockchain forks, node issues, network congestion, contract vulnerabilities, failed transaction rollback, address review mistakes, improper Gas settings and misleading third-party front ends.

5.3 Self-custody risk

Self-custody means more control and more direct responsibility for recovery, operation and backup. Wallet outcomes often depend on whether backup and confirmation steps are understood and performed correctly.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use OneKey services for unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent or service-disrupting conduct. The examples below are not exhaustive, and substantially similar conduct may also be prohibited.

  • Attempting unauthorized access, scanning, testing, interference or circumvention of service controls.
  • Distributing harmful code, abusing automation, scraping interfaces, falsifying sources or disrupting download or ticket systems.
  • Using the services to support money laundering, fraud, unlawful fundraising, unsafe impersonation, infringing issuance or other unlawful purposes.
  • Impersonating OneKey, misleading users, spreading false support information or creating deceptive update entry points.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, mirroring or otherwise misusing restricted service resources except where allowed by applicable law or licenses.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property in OneKey website content, page structure, visual design, documentation, brand marks, graphic elements, software interfaces and related materials belongs to OneKey or the relevant rights holders. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive right to use them as allowed by these Terms.

Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, commercially use, republish, mirror or remove copyright or source notices. Software components released under open-source licenses are governed by their applicable license terms.

8. Third-party services

Some functions may rely on third-party blockchain networks, node services, app stores, payment channels, browser environments, external wallets, dApps, contract protocols, market data interfaces or support systems. OneKey does not control all third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, operation or compliance.

When you access third-party websites, apps or on-chain protocols, you should review their terms, privacy policies and notices. OneKey generally cannot fully control or take responsibility for losses caused by third-party outages, rule changes, restrictions, vulnerabilities or fraud.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneKey services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We use reasonable efforts to improve stability and operation, but do not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every device or scenario.

  • We do not guarantee that all networks, tokens, features, devices, system versions or third-party protocols will remain compatible at all times.
  • We do not guarantee any digital asset price, return, tradability, liquidity or value stability.
  • We do not guarantee coverage for losses caused by user backup mistakes, operational mistakes, incorrect download sources, address review mistakes or third-party attacks.
Important clarification

Hardware wallets, apps and help documents are wallet and support tools. They are not return promises or guarantees of on-chain outcomes. Final responsibility for transaction initiation, backup storage and on-chain confirmation remains primarily with the user.

10. Suspension and termination

If we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, misused services, harmed service operation, engaged in unlawful activity, infringed others' rights or created obvious operational risks, we may take appropriate measures such as restricting access, suspending functions, refusing support or disabling interfaces.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, and does not remove your responsibility for digital assets, backup information or on-chain records.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as services, laws, risk controls or business arrangements change. Updated versions may be published through page notices, policy updates, app notices or other reasonable methods. Continued use generally indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute handling of these Terms shall be interpreted under applicable law, subject to mandatory legal requirements. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, it may be submitted to a competent authority under applicable rules.
